- AC servo cutting system
Automatic matching of cardboard’s speed; fixed length cut –off as its basic function; Automatic order change; Italian branded permanent magnet synchronous AC servo motor and German branded servo controller adopted for high efficiency and precision cutoff.

- VF control of feed-in and feed-out
Variable frequency motor and inverter control used for cardboards’ feed-in and feed-out on this machine. Timing belt transmission; PU wheels used for cardboard pressing at feeding; Automatic synchronization of conveying speed and cardboard real speed.

- Machine control system (MCS)
Automatic order change; Integration of automatic control systems and mechatronics design enables independent running of the machine; Standard 5.7″ touch-screen monitor and friendly HMI on operator console is used for on-site operating. Standard bus and communication interfaces can connect with centralized management system (CMS); If MCS system on this machine is connected with CMS system and ERP system, this machine can realize remote order change.

- Stability and reliability
High-quality alloy spiral knife and raw materials, strict heat treatment, high-precision mechanical processing, ensures stable operation of equipment on the long run.
